Shipping policy

At RÍETE, we understand the importance of reliable and timely delivery to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below.

Processing & Delivery
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via DHL.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within the Netherlands takes 1–3 business days, and 2–4 business days for Belgium and Luxembourg.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the Benelux.
No minimum order amount applies.

Missed Delivery
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, DHL will automatically deliver your order to the nearest DHL ServicePoint.
You’ll receive a message once your package is ready for pickup.

Change of Address
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

Delays or Issues
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please reach out to support@riete.eu within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll review the situation and get back to you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
RÍETE currently ships within the Benelux (The Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg).
We plan to expand to other countries soon.
