Refund policy

Hopefully you are enjoying your RÍETE piece(s). If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns
To start a return, please email support@riete.eu with your order number.
We’ll review your request and provide the return instructions.

Conditions
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Original packaging should be included
• All returns must be approved before being shipped back

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.
